BYDE is a results oriented organization.  We provide a holistic, practical and successful approach for career development.  We provide unique parenting programs to enable parents to become effective partners in their child's academic journey.

BYDE was conceptualized in response to two key statistics:

66% of students select a major that is not aligned to their academic and personal strengths, interests and preferences (Wetson, 2013).

70% to 87% of people worldwide are unhappy at work depending on the research you read.

At BYDE we are committed to supporting parents and students achieve academic, career and life success. Our unique and holistic programs are in response to common questions raised by parents with children in all key stages of their lives: primary, high school, post-secondary and graduates starting their first job.

We also offer programs to guide parents and students that will be attending higher education in North America, Europe and Australia. Our focus is to provide international students with the necessary tools to maximize their educational experience abroad academically, personally and professionally.

All of our programs are designed to enable participants to translate the new information being shared into immediate action. We offer practical tips for ease of implementation.

Our goals are to inspire, motivate and provide innovative programs for parents and students to achieve success and happiness in their education and career lives. ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Dr. Zainul Sajan Virgi has a doctorate from Canada’s McGill University. She is an accomplished professional with numerous academic journal publications, and has participated in national and international forums on education, capacity building, gender and youth at risk.

Education has transformative power to change an individual’s life in a significant way. Often lackluster results occur when focusing on education in isolation. Dr. Virgi's curiosity to further probe this phenomena led her to engage with students from around the world. She wanted to understand why the most enthusiastic and talented students often failed despite all their advantages, while some students with disadvantages excelled and had successful careers. These findings are the cornerstone of BYDE’s innovative programs.
